Supervision

Are you a leader? Do you lead an organization, company, team or work team? Do you want your co-workers to be more efficient, motivated and more satisfied with their work?

Let's connect in supervision!

Supervision is a process of professional development. We progress by reflecting on our experiences and learning new ways of working under the professional guidance of a supervisor. The effects of supervision are greater performance at work, greater resistance to stress, better relationships in the workplace, more meaning and satisfaction at work. The results for the individual and the organization are measurable and lasting.

Why supervision with Vesna?

I have a master's degree in supervision and coaching, a mediator and a law degree. For me, there are two decades of successful work with people. I enrich my professionalism with the experience of personal transformation and I continue my professional development in my (meta) supervision. What I do, I live. I understand the man holistically and I know how to help him. I create a confidential environment where a result-oriented change can happen.

At the introductory meeting, we agree on the possibilities of cooperation. I look forward to joint progress!

In supervision we develop in the professional field:

Environment

In a supportive, understanding and encouraging environment.

Theory and practice

We integrate practice with theory and come to new insights.

Experience

By reflecting on our own work experience.

Effects of supervision - why supervision?

greater efficiency and effectiveness, we become more resistant to stress, build our own professional identity, improve working relationships and communication, strengthen competencies, ethics, integrity and autonomy, self-satisfaction is strengthened through meaningfulness and self-realization, supervision gives measurable and lasting results.

Developmental - educational model

I lead the supervision according to the development-educational model. The process of professional development is emphasized by learning from our own experiences, which we immediately include in professional practice.

Where and how?

Supervision takes place in an organization or independently of it, in a group or individually. A cycle of 12 meetings lasting 120 minutes at a fourteen-day interval is recommended. Participants are expected to actively participate in meetings by designing content for supervision and reflection. The process begins with an introductory meeting, a mid-term evaluation in the middle of the process, and a joint final evaluation at the end. The rhythm and regularity of meetings is important to achieve lasting effects of the process.

I provide supervision for various clients. Among them are the Supreme Court of the Republic of Slovenia, the Faculty of Education of the University of Ljubljana, the Janez Levec Center, groups of doctors, teachers, educators and entrepreneurs.
