The application is binding for the Applicant and obliges him to participate and pay for the event, or. to comply with the provisions on termination of education.


Service cancellation

The applicant can cancel the ordered service. In case of cancellation up to 21 days before the start of the service, the cancellation is free of charge. In case of cancellation between 21 and 10 days before the start of the service, there is a 20% risk of cancellation. In case of cancellation less than 10 days before the start of the service, the applicant shall bear the full cost of the service. Unless we agree otherwise.

The Bidder reserves the right to cancel the announced event or to carry it out in agreement with the Applicant at a different time than originally planned. The Bidder undertakes to inform the Applicant about this change in a timely manner and in case of cancellation of the educational event or postponement of the term with which the Applicant would not agree, interest-free refund of all already paid installments or the total paid registration fee.


Subscriptions / Unsubscriptions to e-notifications

By filling in and sending the e-form, the applicant guarantees that the entered e-mail address is his original (own) e-mail address. The Applicant allows the Provider to handle it within the provisions on personal data protection. The Applicant has the right to request from the Provider at any time the deletion of his e-mail address from the database of recipients of e-notifications. The Applicant can also delete from the database of recipients of e-notifications himself, either by using the login / unsubscribe e-form on the website, or by confirming the unsubscribe option contained in each sent e-notification by the Provider.
